"Shipping to Ireland"
The item is really nice, but when I inquired about shipping to Ireland, I was informed it was possible. However, nobody mentioned that I’d have to fork out extra tax for imports from the UK. Because of this, I ended up paying an additional 73 euro on top of what I had already spent to get it released from customs, even though the website claims that taxes are included. Thanks!

"Unbelievable quality!"
The bracelet I purchased snapped after just 5 hours of use because of its flimsy and really bad quality. I ended up shelling out £35 to swap it for the same item, which unfortunately broke again just a week later.
The customer service made me feel uneasy, so when it broke the second time, I decided to just let it go.
I'm really let down since it ain't exactly a bargain for what you get.

Showed up exactly a week after I ordered, and it was packed up really nicely.
Even though it came a bit later than I thought it would, I'd definitely use them again and I’d totally recommend them.

A few days back, I bought some earrings. They arrived super fast and without any problems. The packaging was lovely. Honestly, the earrings exceeded my expectations when I saw them in person. I'm totally in love with them!

"Avoid This Seller at All Costs"
Regrettably, I can't send back jewelry that hasn't been worn, a gift that’s no longer needed, total waste of cash, and the customer service is just awful. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again, steer clear! It's amusing how they suggest you resell their items for a fortune? Just so you know, the weight of their jewelry won't fetch you even 50£ because it's so light. Really a disappointing experience with this seller.

"Delivery was super quick"
The package arrived in no time at all. I’m hesitant to unwrap it since it’s packed so nicely, and I wouldn’t manage to wrap it up again as well. So, my wife and I are holding off until mid-July for our 50th wedding anniversary to take a peek. Still, I have faith that the earrings will be beautiful.
